Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
The discovery of Emotional Freedom Technique, ( EFT ) or Energy Psychology is based on the following statement:
“The cause of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body’s energy system. Our unresolved negative emotions are major contributors to most physical pains and diseases.”
EFT is a a natural mind-body-energy modality combining several techniques and tools, to help rebalance the body’s Energy System and Nervous System. It is used for many things, from Chronic Pain, Stress & Anxiety to Phobias, Nausea, Trauma, Cravings & Addictions & much more.
It is a method of releasing identified feelings and emotions by touching certain points on the body, repeatedly tapping the point with your fingers. This method works on meridian lines where feelings and emotions become lodged in the body.
The body stores thoughts and feelings, unresolved emotional issues deposited over a lifetime. Not only painful experiences, all sorts of memories get lodged in the body’s tissues.When emotion gets stuck it becomes a problem in the body. Powerful energy charge start to work negatively in the body which leads to blockages and insufficient flow of peptide signals to maintain function at the cellular level. Many people do not realise that emotions, when not expressed, can become stored in the body and essentially block the meridian lines. The meridian lines are what allows the life force to flow through the physical being. When it is blocked, then our health decreases.
Infusing these modalities together produce a result that is not independently obtainable. The process is easy to memorize and portable so you can do it anywhere. Basic EFT techniques are easy to learn, however with difficult issues it may be necessary to contact a trained Professional working with sophisticated EFT techniques.

Recurring negative emotion is caused by a disruption in the body’s energy system which creates a particular brain pattern gets re-generated again and again when a person is reminded of an unresolved painful memory. This brain pattern is the same every time and it generates the same emotional response with its messages plus electrical activities and biochemical reactions that are experienced as feelings, sensations or impulses. Tapping supports a process called “pattern interruption.” Tapping re balances and stabilise the disruption that occurs when a distressing emotion is experienced. This then enables our energies to once more flow freely, leaving us relaxed and at peace.
EFT has many uses including: reducing stress, dissolving accumulated emotional pain, enhancing performance in many areas of life, and facilitating profound personal growth.
